This package of two articles and refinery diagram(pdf file) explains and depicts the thermal cracking process -delayed coking. Hydrogen-addition schemes and a new coking-spread formula are also discussed for improved economic performance.
The poster contains a refinery schematic with a delayed coker and explains the process steps with a link to the illustrated equipment such as
